Dimitar Kovaevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, was received and welcomed by His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, today at the Al Marmoom Majlis in Dubai.
Prime Minister Kovaevski was greeted by Sheikh Mohammed, who emphasized the UAE’s desire to strengthen ties with friendly nations in order to advance collaboration in a variety of areas.
The meeting’s main topic was the value of cross-sectoral cooperation between the UAE and North Macedonia for the benefit of their respective populations.
Additionally, strategies for fostering bilateral business ties and fostering shared investments that can aid in the two countries’ development were discussed.
Dimitar Kovaevski expressed his delight at meeting His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and pride in the close ties between the United Arab Emirates and North Macedonia, adding that he hoped for stronger cooperation between the two nations in a number of crucial areas.
Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Chairman of Protocols for the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, were all present during the meeting.
Fatmir Besimi, the minister of finance, Blagoj Bochvarski, the minister of transportation and communications, Ljupco Nikolovski, the minister of agriculture, forestry, and water economy, and Abdulkadar Memedi, the ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to the UAE, were also in attendance on the Macedonian side.
