UAE- Filipe Jacinto Nyusi and his delegation were welcomed to Dubai’s Zabeel Palace by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. The presidents talked about how to develop cross-sectoral bilateral collaboration in a way that benefits the populations of both nations.
Sheikh Mohammed greeted the Filipe Jacinto Nyusi in the presence of Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE.
The leaders examined ways to expand the potential for bilateral trade and investment as well as ways to improve bilateral collaboration in a variety of disciplines, including the economy. They talked about ways to exchange knowledge and skills in a range of industries, such as trade, agriculture, and tourism. The discussion covered a range of UAE-Mozambique relations as well as chances to broaden the scope of shared interests. The two leaders discussed topics of mutual interest on the regional and global levels.
Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the UAE’s desire to promote business ties and trade with Mozambique and other African countries. He remarked on the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between the two nations as well as their eagerness to explore new opportunities for cooperation in order to further shared investments and advance stability and prosperity.
