Liver is the major detoxifying organ in your body. If your liver is not functioning well, you can experience fatigue, weight loss, mouth sores, nausea, and acne. Blood is responsible for carrying oxygen to different cells in your body so if your liver is not functioning properly, it can affect the transportation of blood from the heart to every cell in your body. When you think about what is health and its importance, you will realize how important it is to have a healthy liver. In addition, your liver helps eliminate toxins from your body.
